Is there a possibility of this maybe becoming reopened if more future members decide to join?

Ten people still isn't enough to support a full league. It might be if everyone were to compete on every card with both characters, but that's a lot to ask of everyone and it'd probably get old quick, and I know for a fact that some of the people who've answered the "roll call" have said that they can only commit to once every other card.

So I think the league is definitely closed. Like I said in the original post, never say never when it comes to re-opening the league, but we'll have to cross that bridge when we come to it.

Not bad at all, it was fun while it lasted, and I'll still be available to play with anyone who needs some help learning moves, or just wants practice. I wanna say thanks to everyone that I fought and that I didn't fight. I had a lot of fun in this, and maybe we can set up some fun little fights here and there in the future.
