**trade board rules & guidelines - please read!!**

1. Post all transactions on this board. If you do not, you will not receive a reference.

2. If you have made a deal with another member and less than 24 hours later you are adding to that deal or making an additional deal, you are only allowed to make 1 Trade Thread for said deal. You will not get more than 1 ref for any multiple dealings within a day.

3. Do not interfere with anyone else's trade. DO NOT make any comments about their trades. If we see that you are making comments, you will be banned from the Classifieds and/or MF.

4. Both parties involved must reply to their trade post.

5. Upon completion of a trade, your post will be locked.

6. Once you have exchanged addresses, a deal is considered valid. If you do not create a trade thread you will not get a ref, however if you do not follow through with your end of the deal you can be tagged as a Bad Trader and banned from the Classifieds. Proof must be provided in the form of a PM that addresses have been exchanged.

7. When being accused of being a bad trader by another member FOR NOT SENDING your part of the deal, you MUST provide PROOF in the form of a receipt (picture) and message any of the Classifieds Mods so that we can take the right actions. If you believe that you're innocent, then you must provide a receipt. Any other form will not be accepted. No Instant Messaging or Videos please.

When posting a trade here, this is what you do:

In the subject bar you type in who the deal is with
(Example: _______(Your Name) & _______(Other members' name) TRADE).

In the message bar you type in what is being traded between both parties. Also post when you have sent your end of the deal.

BOTH members involved in the trade must reply to the post to confirm the deal. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Upon receiving your items from the other party, you must post that you have received your items to recieve your ref. Also in the post, state that you are leaving a ref for the other member.

And thats pretty much it.

NOTE: Whether or not a trade post is made, when an agreement to a trade is made
and/or
addresses are exchanged, both parties are expected to complete their trade. If you do not follow through with the trade, you will be tagged as a bad trader and will not be allowed to trade in the Classifieds.

BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED IN A TRADE MUST REPLY TO THE TRADE THREAD

I'm not saying you have to update it every hour like you were on Twitter...but use common sense.
If Member A makes a deal with Member B when thread is created, then both members should be replying with the following info-

1. You both agree to the deal being made
2. You both have shipped or paid
3. You both have received your payment or your shipment
4. You both must post "please leave a ref for ______"

If these 4 conditions are not met in your thread
YOU WILL NOT GET A REFERENCE FOR THE DEAL

As for the "filler" you can post whatever you like sticking to the original rules from the above post.

Please all, this is pretty simple and will make things alot easier when we are adding your refs.
