Can I get a complete set of the UFC Round 5 Line or is it too late?
Hey everyone,
I was collecting the Round 5 figures from the beginning, and have a complete collection of the Series 1 - 4 World of MMA figures, with many duplicates. In fact, I have 5 or 6 of the Comic Con Couture still boxed away in a closet (not the error green one that a lot of people confused with the 1000 Comic Con).
Anyway, I got out of collecting them once they switched to the UFC brand itself, but I've been itching to get into it again. Here is my question for you though...am I too late? I'd like to work on completing a collection of the UFC line over time, including the Ultimate Collection, Versus, Titans, etc. Basically, the entire series. But, am I too late to build a complete collection? I really don't want to get into it only to find out there are some that are impossible to get now. I have noticed that some are pricey whereas others seem quite reasonable. Are there any that are simply long gone?
Appreciate your thoughts. I was a huge collector back in 2009/2010 and all my figures have mint packages. I want to do the same, but don't know if I can handle the quest because maybe it's impossible this late in the game!

Depends on if your trying to get the limited edition or regulars. Theres a good number of expensive rare limiteds. I have every numbered figure there is.
-
Yes I would be trying to get both. It seems like they're all available, some extremely pricey though.

joe you will pick up the majority of the regs at a steal, just go to walkoutwear & he normally has great sales on full sets of them., its probably way too expensive to collect all the way back to series 1 limiteds,

You should be able to do it, won't be cheap, but if you have 5 or 6 comic con Randys.............you have some great bargaining chips there. I'm sure some people would be glad to swap there extra 500 edition of Guida, Florian, Franklin or Sanchez for a comic con Randy.
There is a guy selling all the rare figs in the US at the moment, thread below your one on this site. Some of those figures hardly ever come up for sale now, especially the 500's mentioned above and the limited runs of Machida, normal/expo GSP. Others are getting more rare and valuable too, like Evans and Forest.
get on them while you can
Its never too late.............especially if you have cash, or gold in the form of comic con Randy

Does anyone have the Canadian Tire figures? I saw them, but the boxes were bent to heck. I wonder if they're all destroyed/bent because they're so big and bulky. They look like they would likely get wrecked before they even made it to a store. Makes it hard on collectors who care as much about the package as the figures inside! Looks like I'll never get that set unless I want to display them in boxes that look like they traveled through a storm!

Hi mate, WalkOutWear/ Replica Wrestling Belts should have those Box sets your after. He had a load not too long ago. I'm sure he'll still have some left. Check his ebay shop
CHEERS.

And everything i've ordered from RWB has arrived in perfect condition. If his boxes are damaged, he usually says in the listing and sells them cheaper.
And yeah those Canadian Tire figure boxes are way too big.

hey kris, check your inbox

Thanks. It wouldn't be as bad if there was an opportunity to exchange/return if something was damaged but all sales are final so I could be out $100 plus shipping if they arrived beat up. Ahh, the stress!
