So since all the jakks collectors are going insane with the lack of customer relations and product Jakks has been dishing out lately, id figure id post some positive stuff from R5, well cuz they are the best. lol

Tiny Titans series coming out near holidays, 5 inch vinyl figs first series comes with:

GSP,Couture, Liddell, Penn and Gracie. Nice starter line up.

Series 8 ultimate collectors coming out November 2011.

I already ordered the limited set, and got quite a few extras of the #750 ones, price has already increased everywhere and should be sold out soon.

Lost of good stuff in the pipeline from R5. They just know whats up. Only dispute i have, is enough with the GSP and lesnar figures. Lately theyve been redoing these a bit too much.

ya atleast damon gave his reasons for the brock, gsp and jones remakes, is series 8 the last series for 2011? i hope so cos with the titans and bruce lee figs aswell with the versus series, its gonna be expensive enough for us upto xmas. i take it most people are gettin the bruce lee figs aswell?

What were the reasons for the repaints?

Its not repaints but resculpts with repaint of whatever shorts they wore at the time. But theyre reason for releasing more of the same popular fighter is to appease the casual new collector around the holidays. I think its kinda dumb, the hardcore guys are the ones who will be around till the end so they should come first. If the casual guys dont know who Jose Aldo is or Josh Koscheck, then they arent ready for collecting. If the only names they know is lesnar liddell and GSP why cater to them. Let them learn more then collect. Its not like they cant easily find the previous gsp/lesnar/etc from earlier series. I think they just wanted a lazy easy set to put out for xmas. Altho the 2 pieces of gold in the set are Aldo and Nelson.

Exactly, plus the fact that kids ain't exactly gonna snap them up either, it's gonna get way harder now to get the likes of aldo and nelson le cos there is way more round 5 fans on the fb page, 10000 fans. Don't think jones should be gettin a ce edition this early, by the way walkoutwear will be gettin series 7 this week and being shipped straight away.

Ya they got alot of flak for this series. At least i got aldo, been wanting him for awhile. He totally deserves one. Well i ordered a few of aldo and nelson LE. lol

is the series 8 gsp ce edition gonna have the same white gi he is wearing in series 7? surely they will change the colour atleast.
