question about a ebay item i sold

recently i posted a mcfarlane wayne gretzky series 27 gold chase on ebay. it had 4 days left and a guy offered me 350 for it. I accepted thee offer and packaged it up. the guy put the money in my account and i shipped. well when i boxed it up it was mint. I wraped it 4 times in bubble wrap, then set it in the middle of the box and packed it with newspaper. well since then 2 more have sold on ebay for alot less then what i got. The guy just recently emailed me asking for some money back. he is saying that there is package damage. i highly doubt that it got damaged. what i think the problem he has is that the last 2 went for quite a bit cheaper. so what should i do? should i tell him to go f himself or should i give him a little money back?

I had this problem before, technically u dont owe him squat! Tell him to send u pics of the so called damage. After he does, just say hey... It was not like that when I sent it out. All Sales Final!

Did you ship with insurance? if so, tell him to contact the branch of delivery and take it up with them.
