We are now toward the end of January 2012, it has also been almost 6 months since series 9 has come out. Can you please give us some info on WTF is going on for series 10? Please?

i was thinking if jakks does come back they are so far behind "the times" its not funny. i know there's been prototypes and some of these are "scheduled" but think of the current champions: they haven't made dos santos (or velasquez for that matter),jones, aldo and cruz. and then you have popular fighters like faber, nick diaz, henderson (both ben and dan), carwin, leben, a "good" couture and a "good" bisping, sonnen and even newer signings like overeem.

its such a shame because starting with series 7 i thought they really got their act together with the face sculpts. i thought all the figs in series 7 through 9 were very accurate to the fighters likeness.

its overwhelming to think of all the names at this point they've never made (and likely never will!)

Hey everyone... Here's some news... I'm no longer at JAKKS. Was laid off Q4 2011. Business is business, and sometimes it doesn't work out in your favor.

Believe me when I say that I did pour 100% of myself into the position and 100% of myself into working to correct a number of issues and save distribution. I, like you, had a great deal of passion for the line and its success. If I had a few do-overs, sure, there are a few things I would do differently, but that's mostly due to hindsight being 20/20.

I do talk to the crew over at JAKKS here and there, and I've heard some things, but I can no longer speak on behalf of the line. Sorry.

Thank you to all of you folks here at mmafigs.com and the FB fanpage for your engagement, critical eye, passion, and (of course) support during my time working the line!

Akosa, now that you no longer work at Jakks and we have just found out there will no longer be UFC deluxe figures, why can't you tell us what happened? It isn't National Security or anything, just a Toy company.....

hey guys! I haven't posted much here, but I am actually a specialty retailer of pop culture apparel and collectibles and we work with Jakks and sold lots of UFC. Right now, Jakks is liquidating it's remaining stock of past product they still have and di not make anything new past series 9. They do have an exclusive deal with K mart, and there will be new product available in Kmart stores only this fall.

I know a lot of people are saying EE and such are telling them to still expect wave 10, yada yada, but they don't really know the line well. They just sent us a "new and hot off the truck" email pumping up the last wave of 2 packs that came out ages ago because they got more back in.

Hope that helps. As a fan of the line I was disapointed, but I am glad at least something will be released later int he year and it isn't totally dead.

God I hope your right, I posted on the other forum about how Jakks told me the exact opposite of what you are saying they told you; whats the deal with them? are there people there that have no clue what's going on and they just say whatever they want, or what? Keep in touch, thanks!
