Got an email from Jakks consumer relations saying 2012 Will positively begin with more UFC DELUXE figures and exclusives

Man I hope this is true, I know Leben is scheduled for a release next year, and that would be the only figure I'd buy multiple of.

I certainly hope so. I'm not a business major or anything like that, but I don't know how any company can release a product and then stop for several months and then start up again without suffering some clientele loss and profit loss. The only way I can see them becoming successful is to change the entire approach and start off new from scratch to gather some new interest. Because if they just start up again where they left off, I think alot of the customers (You and I) are just going to be convinced that nothing has changed and they still are producing the same, unsuccessful product.

I agree, they just need to put a series out every 2 or 3 months and keep signing fighters old and new. I guess they can take a step back with whatever product they want because they have so many other toys being made.

LOL, I swear I'm telling you the truth; I have been relentless in getting answers about what the deal is and I finally got some!

I'm not trying to be Captain Killjoy here or anything but it's possible that the consumer relations person can just be telling you what you want to hear so that you will continue to purchase Jakks products. For all we know, they could have NO intention of returning the UFC line but they're just waiting until January when the contract ends to break it to the fans.

Hoping that isn't the case; plus, the only and next Jakks product I purchase will be series 10.

i think that distribution had alot to do with the problems that jakks has encountered.its not uncommon for a company to stop and focus on getting the problems resolved with that being said i truly expect to them to barrage us with new products in 2012.

worst case scenario is that they become internet only orders but with UFC taking of the way they are and now having another public forum like FOX i really expect great things next year.

the protos we have seen alone makes me giddy with anticipation.
