They're done dude. I heard somewhere that there contract with Jakks ends in January of 2012 so I bet when January rolls around, the contract expires and Jakks will be done with UFC figures. Don't know why they continue to lead their customers on and give them false hopes that there might actually still be a chance for some new products because I'm willing to bet that they have no intentions on making any new products past series 9.

Even if by some miracle that they do start to make new products in 2012, I doubt that they will be able to continue on selling products consistently and make a profit having not released a new product in several months. I don't know why a toy company would choose NOT to make toys for the busiest time of the year (Christmas). They're basically just committing business suicide with the UFC line.

    It's Showtime!

If there contract is up in january. I wonder if the ufc would pursue mattel? Or would they just stick with round 5. Its a little to late in the game for me to start collecting round 5. So I guess I would have to quit collecting ufc all togeather.

Well, if they would just try and tell us everything that is going on, instead of the vague explanations, we would feel better about always waiting for a new series to come out. I don't think the person from Jakks would post that message on Facebook if it wasn't true, they need to get their shit together....

hey you should just buy the round 5 regs, you can pick the older series regs up for cheap enough on walkoutwear if you buy a set.
