Yup, just as I suspected...

Got my Dana White exclusive figure in the mail today from UFCstore.com and just as I suspected...completely crushed and damaged. Granted that most of the damage was probably sustained during transit because the shipping box was pretty crushed up but the figure was in the box with no bubble wrap, no shipping paper, just loosely laid in there.

So after talking to UPS and getting no help I called UFCstore directly and they refunded me the money and let me keep the Dana White. Hopefully I can get a more mint figure on my next order. I had a feeling this was going to happen since UFCstore rarely deals with action figures and probably doesn't understand that it's a collectors piece and not just a toy.

Mine was damaged and the shipping box was not crushed at all... So I think some of them are shipped this way because they expect them to be openned anyways... I'm deff complaining.... I had to complain three times until I got a decent Clear Chuck...
