I'm glad they are making another Penn just because he is my favorite fighter, but I do think they should be making different fighters instead of the same ones... no matter who it is. And you are right about the hair thing, I can see the Legends one, but every other one should have less hair.

Did anyone notice in the video, Gray Maynard is featured but not in the pics of the glass case? Also, he was pulled from series 9 and isn't in series 10 or 11. This is like an episode of the Twilight Zone, WTF!!!

Yea I'm really disappointed in that. I don't know why the figure was pulled. It looked great to me. Sucks a fat one.

i was at the expo and asked...

the answer i didn't fully grasp but the guy (same dude that posts on here i think) said it was pulled because the production of maynard's neck /head was "jacked up"

I did see the fig up close and it did look kinda weird in person yet at the same time i wouldn't have been disappointed if it would have been released in stores because it didn't look awful.

kinda of a weird situation but it seems like it came down to quality control.

to add to iceman's post about the new penn. that was the only fig i was really disappointed in when i saw them up close because i didn't see a lot of changes from the series 3 version. the hair and eyes still off to me.

On another note; proto of Belfort is on Jakks facebook page and he looks good except even though he had a goatee in that fight they should have left it out.

Yeah I saw the Belfort. It looks okay, I agree about the goatee part. Hopefully they'll make a Legends version sometime down the road and ditch the goatee.

They also stated that because there have been a great deal of fans demanding the Gray Maynard, they said that they may add him back into a lineup, if not series 9 then hopefully one soon after.
