What figures are considered uncommon or rare to find these days?

Whats the deal with the 2 different Wandy figures in series 4? There are 2 versions.....Have they just packed equal amounts of both in a crate. Or is one rarer than the other. Or is it just another mess up. I see in the pics posted in this thread that one appears to have the Wand decal missing from its leg. Cheers.

Not only that, it has a lighter hair color, and the head tattoo. It also has a different color mouth piece. The only place I had seen it is a Kmart. Never see it anywhere else. It's almost like a series 4.5

1 figures legs do not twist underneath the shorts line.
the other figures legs do twist (started series 5 I assume?)
