    Fan expo question for those who have attended......

    Do the fighters that are on the main card and main event fighters attend the expo or do they steer clear of the 2 day expo??

    I'd imagine they wouldn't only because it would take too much time from skipping out on training.

    I went to the Boston Expo and Event and even though i only went to the second day of the Expo, I do not think Penn or Edgar or anyone on the card were signing autographs or anything. I got autographs from Forrest, Shogun, Condit, George Satiropolous, and Todd Duffee... none of who were on the card... also all the others I saw.. Liddell, Nelson, Tito... etc were not fighting either... The best part of the event besides meeting Forrest and Shogun was riding the escalator downstairs and being right behind Thiago Alves... literally the next step behind him... we got off the escalator and I got a picture with him but no autograph since he was in a hurry.. also seeing Herb Dean outside and getting a pic with him...

    So in short, while the fighters who are fighting might not be there (I would have LOVED to meet Penn), the WHOLE experience is unforgettable.
